I was kept aware of all repairs and service and costs. I was given the option of deferring some service or advised of safety concerns. They looked over the entire vehicle. Excellent front counter people and service people. I will continue using them for servicing my 2006 Volvo XC 90. As a senior, I have to have a service centre I can trust.

Went in today for a diagnostic that turned into much a much needed alternator replacement. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Very welcoming and friendly, made us feel very comfortable in their waiting room while the techs worked on our vehicle. Nathan was amazing to deal with, was very thorough and very understanding. Helped us not only fix the immediate issue but create a plan for future repairs. Altogether was a great experience!

In was in the Orangeville area just for the day and had to be back in Toronto that evening to literally attend to a sick puppy. In the early afternoon I realized that the exhaust on my old Toyota might not make it that far. After asking around locally I drove into Erskine's about two in the afternoon which is not a great time to be asking for emergency work in my experience. I was hopeful that they could assure me that I might make it to Toronto without a fix and asked if they could at least take a look at it that late in the day. Not only were they able to take a look they gave me a diagnosis within 30 minutes and were able to get started on repairing my buggy shortly thereafter. Lisa and Fox were able to get it all done in less than two hours and back on my way to Toronto. Many thanks from Lassie and Tim guys.
