Competant and efficient repair facility. They fixed a difficult to diagnose Heating and AC problem after 2 unsucessful visits to the local Ford dealer. Erskine's will be getting my business from now on.

Hi Alan, thank you for sharing your experience with us. It is a real pleasure to read your kindly review. We're looking foward doing business with you again!

Went in today for a diagnostic that turned into much a much needed alternator replacement. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Very welcoming and friendly, made us feel very comfortable in their waiting room while the techs worked on our vehicle. Nathan was amazing to deal with, was very thorough and very understanding. Helped us not only fix the immediate issue but create a plan for future repairs. Altogether was a great experience!

Well, I cannot say I was satisfied. Why? Because that word “satisfied” is such a small, quiet word for how very pleased I was with my time at Erskine’s last Friday. I would use words such as “relieved” (to have Peacock/Micra Nissan back to me the same day I brought her in), “worry free” (because I know you folks don’t cut corners and do the best possible in this wacky world of product shortages and so much more – and I can trust you), “grateful” (to have had this seen-to so quickly). And I enjoyed just having some quiet time in your comfortable alcove. Guilt free time with my book. What a lovely surprise to have the fine “resident dog” come over to say hello. A thank you for making sure I was okay while I waited; thank you to all those working on Peacock and to those unseen but so valuable folks in the background who keep everything functioning at Erskine’s. A thank you to Fox for making sure I fully understood what was happening while you folks were finding the parts needed to finish the job. That was so kind of him to come out and chat with me for a few minutes. As a caregiver living in the country, the car is so important to me/us. And I realize how close I came to not having her over the weekend and longer. Being a "Little Person” by height, there are many cars I cannot drive – to reach the pedals and also be on a pillow to see out doesn’t work. Friends, family and neighbours would help us out but it is a comfort to see “she” is out there and I know has been repaired properly. My late husband was an airplane mechanic with Air Canada; one of my family members is a heavy duty truck mechanic. In their cases – and in yours – I know you have heavy responsibilities on your shoulders. For the safety of your clients. And others on the roads. Know you are very important folks and the work you do is beyond essential. So thank you for being so much more than satisfactory.
