They have worked on more than one of our cars, they did very thorough diagnostic work for us and found open TSB's that would be covered by the dealer. The staff was great to work with and they a good job of setting and readjusting expectations (communicating delays beyond their control, parts).

From the initial phone call to pick up, the service at NAPA AUTOPRO – Erskine’s Service Center was outstanding. They were able to get my vehicle in the very next day, completed a full inspection, repaired the initial issue, and thoroughly checked the entire vehicle for any additional warnings or concerns. Throughout the day, they kept me fully informed with detailed updates, reports, and photos, along with clear explanations about any repairs that were recommended and why they were necessary. The communication and transparency were excellent. Originally, they thought the repairs might not be able to be completed in one day, but they went above and beyond and were able to finish everything the same day. My vehicle was ready to go when promised, which I really appreciated. Professional, honest, and extremely thorough service. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional across the board and I did it to Formula One drivers and been in many garages and I’m extremely impressed! They actually changed appointments for me and then accommodated when I had an additional issue with my car that had been supposedly fixed by another garage. I will not return there and the staff was magnificent.! Top of the line from the time you open the door and the facility is so organized and beautiful. It’s like walking into a spa which I commented to one of the other customers waiting on the leather couches as we were watching TV I couldn’t ask for more nor could anyone else, including the pricing and the honesty and care. Their knowledge and scale is out done by none. Special thanks to Eric, who went above and beyond to help me! HIGHLY recommend!! I recently was an accident, and Erskines took care of me extremely well and also replaced different part of my car and fix my battery alternators. they found me a huge part because the insurance company was not offering the amount for a new one etc. basically they treated with exceptional consideration once again! I would not go any other place and I highly recommend earth Skin to anyone looking for a five star it would be 10 *if there was one …garage extremely knowledgable and friendly.

Friendly and professional service! My vehicle was taken care of very quickly and I was kept up to date on what was going of with it and when it should be available. I was given an estimate of deferred work that should be done in the future as well as a scheduled maintenance guide and Carfax Service Insights Report. I have never received so much information about my van - in writing- from any mechanic or dealership before. Highly recommend Erskine's Service Centre! Eric was extremely helpful, actually, all of the staff were!
